This has prompted MPs to demand urgent government action to introduce systems similar to those already in place in Germany.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A study in March by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and the Equality and Human Rights Commission found that currently, a massive 77% of pregnant women and new mothers experience discrimination at work.
