An example of indirect discrimination is where an employer introduces a policy which, appears to be non-discriminative on the surface but in practice employees of a certain race are at a disadvantage. For example if employees are required to follow a certain type of dress code, an employee may not be able to follow that dress code due to certain beliefs.<\/p>\n
